This is a myth - like most nations in Europe, there were collaborationist & partisan factions. Serbia had it's own SS regiment (Ljotic's brigrades), concentration camps (Banjaca & Sajmiste) & Belgrade was one of the very few cities declared juden frei. Let's not forget that the leader of the Anti-Fascist Partisans, Tito, was a Croat.
